For the Celebrity Summit, decks are numbered in descending order, which means higher deck numbers correspond to higher decks (farther from water line). Deck 2 is the lowest deck with staterooms, and Deck 11 is the highest deck with staterooms on the Celebrity Summit.

Lower cabin category numbers usually represent more expensive cabins. For instance, a Category 4 Ocean View Stateroom will usually carry a higher fare than a Category 8 Ocean View Stateroom.
