The Wake is a restaurant onboard Virgin Voyages ships that specializes in steak and seafood, much like an elegant seaside steakhouse.
As the most upscale eating venue on the ship, The Wake occupies about 5,800 square feet at the aft of the ship. Its location offers view of the ship’s wake, its namesake. In addition to a grand staircase, the restaurant offers a raw bar, cocktail cart, and magnum bottles of wine. Private dining rooms for groups 10+ guests are also available.
Like all other dining aboard Virgin Voyages, there is no charge to dine at The Wake, with the ship-wide exception of alcohol and pay-as-you-go beverages.
Reservations are not required but encouraged during periods of high demand. Reservations can be booked via the Sailor App.
The Wake Menu
Since Virgin Voyages is a new cruise line, menus are subject to adaptation and change. The following are items that are available on the current The Wake menu; additional selections may be available onboard.
The menu features a choice of four starters, eight mains (five steak and three seafood), four sides, and two desserts.
